The Sewer Rats

These crazy German Rock n Roll Misfits from the streets of Cologne play high-energy Punk Rock with the flavour of the big city and the appetite for destruction: Upright bass and Rockabilly licks team up with catchy melodies & speed-limit breaking drums, creating a hard-hitting cocktail that will truly kick your ass.

The ingredients for this dirty mix are four handsome Punk Rockers and their pure love for music. Their main influences are The Clash, Social D, Stray Cats and Rancid, to name only a few.
A high energy live band to the core, The Sewer Rats have to be experienced at best in a small, packed and sweaty club to be enjoyed properly.

Sing along, drink along and dance along when these German Punk rock machines hit the stage and unleash a scene of total madness & pure Rock n Roll rampage, shaking your rump and leaving you wasted. 

With more than 300 shows under their belt and new guitarist Dan Greeve of Sarah Blackwood and Ex-Heartbreak Engines the SEWER RATS entered the studio in summer 2009 to work on their second album with top-producer Uwe Sabirowsky, who produced records by Mad Sin, Donots and The mighty Beatsteaks.

The result is planned to be out kicking asses in the course of 2010.
